Wire forms, as with spring clips, can be manufactured using the same types of machines. Generally speaking, large runs of a wire form type part are most economically run on a multislide machine or four slide machine. Once the tooling has been made, the wire forms can be fabricated complete off the machine at several thousand pieces per hour. However, if the quantity to be run is small, then the most economical manufacturing method would be to utilize material that has been straightened and cut, delivered to us in twelve foot sections.

Once we determine what the blank length of the wire form part is, we blank or cut the material to length, and then perform a series of secondary operations using air presses or kick presses to make the bends. We also utilize underhand benders that, when set up properly, insure that each bend on every part is identical.
